Hatts and Matt

Because I don't want to spoil everything for when I see Ally and Matt again, let's just say that my friend Heather in Riverside sent me a pattern which I have used. And I was really glad Ally liked the rectangle hat. I will say that I had promised her another one. Anyway, expect pictures after the 20th of the month. Presuming all goes well. (I am having some trouble with my photo printer but - knock on wood - so far the camera is OK. I guess if worse comes to worse I can upload them to snapfish and order prints that way!)

Secret Pal Strikes Again!

My Secret Pal, Kaitie, strikes again! She wrote me a very nice little note and sent me some cute note cards together with this very soft yarn which, you probably can't tell because of my camera, is lilac. I think it probably looks blue thanks to the camera. Anyway, she also sent me The Yarn Harlot's "Knitting Rules" which is great since I have wanted that for ages!!! You're great Kaitie! Thanks!
